The 1952, 1953 and 1955 Riverside Park Speedway Champion, Jocko was a pioneer of Stock Car Racing.  He won his first Riverside race in 1950 and his last on July 24, 1965, the Riverside 500 Team Race, with Wild Bill Greco.  That was to be Jocko's last race, retiring as a winner. Jocko is 8th on the all-time Riverside win list with 31 victories.  Jocko was elected into the NEAR Hall-of-Fame in 2000.
